Custom Cushion, Pillow, and Drapery Manufacturing

ARC Manufacturing, LLC is a manufacturer of home textiles products including CUSHION, PILLOWS, DRAPES, & CURTAINS. Our manufacturing, warehouse and distribution center is located in Montgomery, AL. Our main focus has been custom and will be glad to manufacturer 1 to 1,000 units.

ARC Manufacturing, LLC products are sold through a variety of furniture and patio retailers, commercial & hospitality clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.

Our custom products include: cushions, decorative pillows, drapery, curtains, table linens, placemats and pet beds. However, we will be glad to look at any fabric based product. Our seamstresses are well equipped with the best sewing machines available. We also use a CAD machine to perfect the cutting and minimize fabric yield loss. All of our CAD drawings are actually cut on our Pathfinder automated machine - a state of the art fabric cutting machine.

We stock Sunbrella performance outdoor/indoor fabrics made from acrylic fibers as well as a variety of indoor polyester, cotton, blended fabrics and silks. We gladly accept your customer owned material (COM) as well.
